Partner Glenn C. Kienz, Esq. has accepted an invitation to address the candidates for the Certified Municipal Engineer Program on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at the Rutgers University CAIT Building, 100 Brett Road in Piscataway, New Jersey.
Glenn, who is Of Counsel to the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers, will spend the morning sharing his insights and knowledge on Land Use and Zoning. From Planning Board Capital Improvements to negotiating McMansions, Glenn will enhance attendees understanding of the laws that apply to Land Use. With his signature touch of humor, Professional Engineers will acquire skills necessary in their daily jobs.
Glenn boasts over 37 years of experience specializing in zoning, planning and land use development along with environmental and municipal law. He regularly represents public entities, developers and citizens in all legal and litigation matters concentrating primarily in redevelopment and land use applications for industrial, commercial and residential developments. He has appeared before over 150 different public agencies. He is a Member of the Bar of New Jersey and the Bar of the United States District Court of New Jersey, and is admitted to Practice before the United States Supreme Court.
The New Jersey Municipal Engineering Institute (NJMEI) was created by the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers (NJSME) in 1987 to establish and administer programs dedicated to the continuing education needs of professional engineers practicing municipal engineering.
