About Yoksaidy Sutil

Yoksaidy Sutil is an associate of the firm and focuses her practice in the areas of Labor and Employment, Litigation and Public Sector matters. She primarily focuses her practice on the representation of private and public entities in matters of labor relations, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution and litigation.

Yoksaidy is licensed to practice law in the New Jersey State and Federal District Courts. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, and her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Lafayette College in 2019. She is also a native Spanish speaker.

While in law school, Yoksaidy was a research fellow for the Center for Policy and Research; a student attorney for the Equal Justice Clinic; and a student mentor for the Legal Education Opportunity Program. Aside from being actively involved in student organizations, Yoksaidy also sat on the Board of the Latin American Law Student Association and the Immigration Law Society.

Prior to joining the firm as an Associate in 2022, Yoksaidy served as a Summer Associate at Weiner Law Group LLP during the summer of 2021. Yoksaidy has also previously served as a legal intern on behalf of the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office in Morristown, NJ.

Presently, she is an active member of various Bar associations including the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey.
