Victoria Williams Donath is an associate of the firm and works in the Worker’s Compensation Defense Department. After graduating from Rutgers Law School in Newark NJ, Ms. Donath joined Abraham Borenstein & Associates where she handled a variety of general practice matters including guardianship proceedings, real estate closings and contract disputes. She joined WLG in June of 2008 and practiced products liability defense along with representing public entities in a wide variety of claims including defamation, civil rights violations, discrimination claims, allegations of misconduct. She has argued dispositive and discovery motions in federal and state court and defended institutional clients against a variety of claims. Having recently rejoined the firm, Ms. Donath’s practice now focuses on worker’s compensation defending actions on behalf of both private and public entity employers in the New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation.
Ms. Donath is also a member of The Meta Theatre Company, MTC’s mission is to create theatre about the issues of white privilege, race, class, gender and sexual orientation, and help audiences create social change in their communities. As part of her work with MTC she volunteers with MTC’s theatre program at Edna Mahan Correctional Facility in Clinton, New Jersey.
