About Sandro Polledri

Mr. Polledri is a partner in the firm and practices primarily in the areas of employment law, labor law and related litigation. Mr. Polledri has received his Civil Trial Attorney Certification from the New Jersey Supreme Court, a designation which less than 3% of New Jersey lawyers have achieved, having obtained extensive experience as a litigator and a trial attorney. He has tried many cases to verdict as lead counsel, including discrimination, whistleblower, sexual harassment, civil rights, defamation, commercial and personal injury matters.

Mr. Polledri has handled bench trials, arbitrations, disciplinary hearings and administrative proceedings before the Office of Administrative Law and the Public Employment Relations Commission, as well as disputes before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights and the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Polledri has conducted collective bargaining negotiations for private sector and public sector employees, including interest arbitration proceedings for police officers and fire department employees. He also advises employers on disciplinary matters, employment policies and wage and hour compliance. Mr. Polledri has performed internal investigations of complaints of harassment and incidents of alleged employee misconduct.

Mr. Polledri is also a successful appellate practitioner and has won reversals of trial court verdicts in substantial matters, including a $1.5 million complex commercial real estate transaction and a $15 million disability discrimination case.

Early in his career, Mr. Polledri served as a Deputy Attorney General, State of New Jersey and handled employment, tort and personal injury litigation on behalf of State agencies.

Mr. Polledri is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a past member of the Essex County Bar Association and the Sidney Reitman Employment Law Inn of Court.

Mr. Polledri received his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1989. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Montclair State College in 1978.
