About Richard Barkauskas III

Richard Barkauskas III is an associate of the firm and focuses his practice in Land Use law and Litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Richard served as a law clerk in New Jersey Superior Court for the Honorable Robert M. Hanna, J.S.C.

Richard was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2023. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2022 where he was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board and his B.A. in Political Science from College of the Holy Cross in 2019 where he was a Division 1 lacrosse player for three years and a host of a weekly radio show. Prior to law school, Richard worked as an intern at the White House and The Heritage Foundation.
