Owen began his legal career serving a judicial clerkship with The Honorable Francine Schott, in the Essex County Superior Court in Newark, New Jersey, Civil Division. Prior to his clerkship, he was employed as a law clerk with Purcell, Mulcahy, Hawkins, Flanagan & Lawless, LLC and Public Service Enterprise Group (PSE&G). Owen focuses his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation with international, national, regional, and local businesses.
