About Joseph F. Ranieri

Joseph F. Ranieri, Esq. Partner, in his decades of practice has amassed a substantial amount of experience in the representation of both local governments and developers in complex development and redevelopment projects across the State of New Jersey.  That experience encompasses all phases of the redevelopment process including agreement negotiations, land acquisition including eminent domain proceedings and financing considerations.  Throughout those years several municipalities hosting redevelopment projects have also come to rely on Mr. Ranieri’s advice and expertise.

Joseph has also developed extensive experience representing both public and private clients in real property valuation matters including all facets of tax appeal litigation.  From the initial filing of the tax appeal complaint through negotiated settlements and trials at the Tax Court of New Jersey, Mr. Ranieri’s in depth understanding of local governmental tax policy is insightful and practical.

During his many years of practice Mr. Ranieri has also represented numerous local public housing authorities and other federally subsidized low-income housing developments as corporate and/or special counsel. Through that aspect of his experience he has become well versed in all aspects of federal housing finance programs and program compliance. As an advocate for public entity clients he works to serve the needs of the client in a cost effective and responsible manner.
