About Ashley L. Roessler

Ashley L. Roessler is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment and Education Law Departments. Her practice focuses on assisting public employers in labor relations and counseling local boards of education and school district management in various compliance related matters.

Ashley is licensed to practice law in the New Jersey State and Federal District Courts. She has experience litigating public employment and education related cases in State and Federal judicial and administrative tribunals.

Prior to joining Weiner Law Group, Ashley served a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Robert L. Polifroni (Ret.), the Presiding Judge of the Bergen County Superior Court, Civil Division. She then entered private practice at a law firm counseling local boards of education and representing them in defense litigation matters.

Ashley earned her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School. There, she served as the Managing Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review and a Senior Member of the Moot Court Board. During her time in law school, she also clerked at an elite personal injury firm, assisting with medical malpractice, automobile negligence, premises liability, and products liability cases.
