About Patrick J. McNamara

Patrick concentrates his core areas of practice in the areas of land use and redevelopment law, environmental law, administrative and regulatory law, and municipal law.

He has been involved in numerous major redevelopment projects such as Pier Village in Long Branch, the Monmouth Mall in Eatontown, as well as a variety of projects in Harrison, Bayonne, Lyndhurst, Newark, Jersey City, Perth Amboy, South Amboy, West New York, Park Ridge, Little Ferry, Kearny, Garfield, Union City, Watchung, and Westmont Station in Wood-Ridge. These projects include residential, commercial, industrial warehouses and mixed use developments.

He also represented the Planning Board of the City of Elizabeth for 25 years. He serves as special counsel to several municipalities. He also represents several trade associations and companies in the flavor & fragrance industries, including NAFFS, the Chemical Sources Association, and the Society of Flavor Chemists, addressing a wide range of legal issues confronting these associations and member companies. He holds his Bachelors, Masters and Law degrees from Rutgers University.
