Weiner Law Group Land Use Attorneys secure win in the Appellate Division for the Hoboken Planning Board.

In a published opinion, The Appellate Division reversed the order of the trial court which vacated the Resolution of the Planning Board who had previously approved the application and reinstated the Resolution of the Planning Board approving the application of Blue Violets to operate a cannabis retail dispensary in Hoboken.
