Albee Al, the ‘Ten Toes Down’ rapper, has been released from jail after nearly three years. He was freed after successfully defending against his second murder charge in eight years. Robinson had been charged for allegedly taking part in a non-fatal shooting that took place in Passaic County in 2019. Albee Al was initially arrested on August 23, 2019, facing two counts of attempted murder and illegal weapons charges related to a shooting in Passaic County, New Jersey. Following a long legal battle, Weiner Law Group attorneys Jay Surgent and Art Margeotes were successful in getting their client, New Jersey rapper Albert Robinson, known as “Albee Al The Gladiator,” released from prison.
Mr. Surgent, who is Department Chair of Weiner Law Group’s White Collar Criminal Defense team, and Mr. Margeotes have extensive experience in federal, state and administrative courts defending individual and corporate clients.
