About C.Ty Nguyen

Ty Nguyen is an associate of the firm and his practice is focused in the areas of complex commercial litigation and Intellectual property.  He represents clients in contract disputes, business torts, business divorce, and trademark infringement issues before state and federal courts.

Ty began his career serving as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph A. Falcone, J.S.C. in Morris County, NJ.  Upon successfully completing his Clerkship, Ty’s practice concentrated on commercial litigation and legal malpractice.  Immediately prior to joining the firm, Ty held the position of in-house counsel at a private equity firm advising on joint venture agreements, operating agreements, and a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.

Ty is admitted to both the New Jersey and New York State Bar.  Ty received his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law – Newark and completed his undergraduate degree and earned BA in Marketing/Finance at the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
