About Rinaldo M. D’Argenio

Rinaldo D’Argenio, Partner, specializes in complex regulatory matters including public utility, cable television, communications and environmental Issues.  He represents project developers and the providers of traditional regulated and unregulated utility services such as gas and electric companies.  Throughout his 40-year career in this area, he has developed good working relationships with utility personnel and regulators alike.  Mr. D’Argenio has worked both as a regulator for New Jersey State Government and represented many clients before the NJ Board of Public Utilities and the NY Public Service Commission.

Rinaldo does extensive work with Brownfields Development and contaminated site remediation.  From identification and remediation to redevelopment, Mr. D’Argenio handles all aspects of environmental compliance.

He is General Counsel to the Bayonne Golf Club and Empire Golf Management.
