About Donald A. Klein

Don is a very experienced litigator who has handled high profile litigations in state and federal courts in both New Jersey and New York. He has represented clients in a broad range of litigations, including complex commercial, defamation and invasion of privacy, reinsurance, trade secret and restrictive covenant, and land use lawsuits. Don also taught New Jersey Practice at Fordham Law School for 20 years and has extensive summary judgment and appellate experience.
